UPDATE: Unfortunately, Anna and Elsa’s Boutique closed in fall of 2017. It reopened as Dreams Boutique, a retail store. If you are looking for a makeover option for your children, you can make reservations at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in Disneyland Park by calling (714)781-7895.
Did you know there is an entire store filled with everything Frozen? Tucked in a little corner of Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort is Anna and Elsa’s Boutique, and it has just about everything for your little Frozen fan including a chance for a Frozen makeover!
At Anna and Elsa’s Boutique girls and boys can choose between Anna, Elsa or Olaf make overs, and the best part is they are a fraction of the cost of Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique!
DIStracted Tip: Do you have older tweens and teens who would love to get their hair done? Girls and Boys ages 3-15 can get Frozen make overs at Anna and Elsa’s Boutique!
DIStracted Tip: Prices are subject to change at any time, and you can add a tiara for an extra charge for the styles that do not include one.
Since we didn’t plan on getting make overs for the kids we didn’t make reservations but were lucky enough to get reservations for the following day… Of course our reservations ended up being in the middle of the day, so we had to leave the park to head to Downtown Disney District.
DIStracted Tip: Reservations are recommended, and can be made up to 60 days in advance by calling (714) 781-STYLE (714) 781-7895).
My son, Xander was so excited for his Olaf make over that he picked out his t-shirt before we left the shop the night before. When we arrived for our appointment they had him get his t-shirt at check in, so he could change into it before his make over started. There is a single dressing room in a corner of the shop, so with all the princesses and queens getting changed be prepared for a small wait, especially during busier times. Once changed he headed off to the make over chair to begin his transformation. The cast member doing his hair was wonderful, and took her time to make sure it was exactly how he wanted it. Xander had a great time with his make over, and I’m sure we will be doing it again! Along with getting his hair styled, a Olaf t-shirt he also got to keep the brush and comb used.
DIStracted Tip: It takes about an hour for the colored gel to dry, so be careful with strollers and other clothing.
My daughter, Kira chose to get the “Elsa” make over for $34.95. Compared to the starting price of $59.95 at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique we were very impressed with the experience she got! One surprise is that she got to choose the color of hair streak she wanted, choices include two (2) different blues, pink, purple, green, and white. Just like in the movies, she had one (1) cast member doing her hair while another was pampering her by doing her nails and make up. The princess and queen make over can take some time, so plan accordingly. The cast members try to work as fast as they can, but they want to make sure everything is prefect for your little princess! Once again, we were pleasantly surprised by Kira getting to bring home the nail polish, make up palette, extra bobby pins and pony holder, and the brush and comb. She also was given two (2) blue hair streaks instead of one (1), and they are clip in so can be used over and over.
DIStracted Tip: Anna and Elsa’s Boutique has plenty of princess costumes to choose from to finish off the special look, but they also offer some special Anna and Elsa tutus ($29.95) and leggings ($5) for those that are looking for a budget friendly option. (Prices subject to change)
I highly recommend choosing Anna and Elsa’s Boutique for your next princess make over! Any of the hair styles can be used for any Disney Princess by choosing a different colored hair streak. Choose pink for Sleeping Beauty, light blue for Cinderella, and even green can be for Tinkerbell!

Hi Mary Joan! Unfortunately, Anna & Elsa’s Boutique closed last fall. It has reopened as the Dream Boutique which is a retail store (not offering makeovers). If you would like to book a makeover during your Disneyland vacation I would recommend contacting the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique inside Disneyland Park. You can book this in advance by calling (714) 781-7895.
