Artist Point Cedar Plank Salmon – Disney

Artist Point, is a signature dining location,  located in the Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. Artist Point is inspired by the dining rooms of cherished National Park lodges. Guests can take in panoramic views of Bay Lake and Silver Creek Falls. Enjoy specialties from the Pacific Northwest, with a focus on seafood, sirloin and game. Here the signature dish is a cedar plank-roasted salmon. Be sure to start your meal with the well known Smoky Portobello Mushroom Soup and top it all off with the chef’s Artist Point Cobbler, made from seasonal berries and topped with house-made black raspberry ice cream, for dessert.

Artist Point is open from 5:30 – 9:30 pm, serving dinner only. Their dinner menu consists of  entrees such as Hickory Char-Crusted Filet Mignon, Seared Diver Scallops, Wild Caught Prawn and Seafood Miso, Applewood Smoked Cornish Hen, and Artist Point Vegetarian Lo Mein. The menu changes seasonally.

Artist Point has an award-winning wine list featuring over 130 selections exclusively from Pacific Northwest wineries. Many wines are available both by the glass and the bottle. Guests must be 21 years of age and up to enjoy alcoholic beverages.
