Situated in Disney’s Hollywood Studios this quaint dining experience is a must for the entire family. If you enjoy comfort food with a touch of humour then this is the place for you.
I love the idea of dining in an authentic setting that feels like walking straight into the 1950’s. The attention to detail is amazing, from the decor to the cast member’s outfits.
The food is authentically vintage, very filling, and gives you that home cooked meal satisfaction. For that extra touch of magic you can even watch TV at the table while you dine which adds to the diner experience immensely!
On our last visit when our table was ready, a host came out and yelled “Kids! Time to eat!” We were told “Uncle Fred” would be right with us. Little did we know he was actually our ‘long lost uncle’. We were escorted to our table by one of the hysterical cast members who informed us to “make sure to clean your plate!” Of course, this was no problem as I had an awesome pot roast and peanut butter and jelly milkshake.
It is a joy dining at the 50’s Prime Time Cafe’. Where else can you laugh the whole way through your meal while watching other guest’s reactions to the cast members?
If you are looking for something a little different than your day-to-day dining experience, I highly suggest giving 50’s Prime Time a try!
