Boma – Flavors of Africa, is a family friendly buffet located in the Jambo House of the Animal Kingdom Lodge. This is one my all time favorite locations to dine for breakfast! For breakfast you will find full bodied Kenyan AA coffee, tropical juice (that is out of this world good!!!), an omelet station, French toast, African pastries, carved ham, fresh fruit, corn beef bobotie—a type of South African quiche, and much more. Breakfast is served between 7:30 – 11:00 a.m. daily.

For dinner, guests can dine on menu items such as grilled seafood, roasted meats, vegetarian specialties, fresh salads and house-baked pastries in the onstage kitchen. The children’s menus offer up selections like chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese, and baked chicken legs. Make sure to try some of the unique South African wines by the glass if you are over the age of 21. Dinner is served between 4:30-9:30 p.m. daily.
