There is such BIG news out of D23 Expo about Disney’s Hollywood Studios! You probably saw the post about Star Wars Land that is coming, but that’s not all! Kids of ALL ages will be delighted with the addition of Toy Story Land!
We’ve all known that Disney’s Hollywood Studios is undergoing some MAJOR overhauls, and this latest announcement means we are heading into infinity … and beyond!

Within the new land will be 11 acres of Andy’s backyard! We get to imagine ourselves shrunk down to the size of Woody and Buzz and we will be surrounded by the oversized toys that Andy’s vivid imagination has brought together. There are building blocks, plastic buckets, shovels and a few random game board pieces, we get to see Andy’s design for the perfect addition to the park!
Toy Story Land will incorporate TWO brand new rides for guests to enjoy! The Slinky Dog Coaster will be a family-friendly roller coaster built by Andy. Check out this video shot by our very own Reneé who is currently attending D23 Expo. This toy-filled adventure looks amazing!

And my personal favorite is the Alien Saucer attraction! Yes! Those adorable little green aliens will take guests for a spin in individual flying saucers while overhead “The Claw” mysteriously looms!

And of course, the current fan-favorite – Toy Story Mania! The exciting news here is the confirmation of an additional track to help ease the crowds.
