No, not that it would have bothered Queen Elsa anyway.  Although no date has been set, Anna and Elsa appear to be moving some time this summer.  Currently they are meeting Guests at Princess Fairytale Hall in the Magic Kingdom, but according to the Walt Disney World website, when the Royal Sommerhus in the Norway pavilion at Epcot opens, it will become their new home.

FastPass+ reservations are available to meet the sisters at Princess Fairytale Hall through early June.  It is speculated that once they leave, other characters will replace them.
