Calling out to all four houses … Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff and Slytherin! Magical DIStractions has  just received some breaking news!

Universal Orlando Resort recently announced that, for the third year running, they will be holding the Harry Potter Celebration scheduled between January 29-31, 2016.

The Harry Potter Celebration will be free with general admission into Universal Studios. The event is a celebration of all things Harry Potter, the story of a young wizard’s coming of age in a magical community.

Here is a look at last year’s event!

In previous years, Guests who attended the celebration learned the art of dueling at a wand masterclass, and were able to meet some of the cast like Evanna Lynch (Luna Lovegood) and Michael Gambon (Albus Dumbledore) who were happy to answer fan questions in a Q&A session. The Q&A session will take place again but, as of yet, no clues have been given as to who could possibly appear from underneath the invisibility cloak. It has also been revealed that there may be new experiences to be had, but it is still hush-hush as to what those could be.

So what are you waiting for? Start practicing your wand skills, your broom flying skills and Quiditch, in wait for this magical three day event. You never know who you might bump into!
