About Sara Moltisanti

Sara lives in New Jersey with her husband (originally from New York) and their dragon fruit plant, Planty (originally from Epcot). When she isn't talking people's ears off about Disney, Sara enjoys baking, especially incorporating Mickey Mouse sprinkles into any and all foods possible.
Sara and her husband were married at the Walt Disney World Resort in October 2013 surrounded by their family, friends, and lots of pixie dust. While her husband doesn’t quite share Sara’s level of Disney obsession, he is fond of vacationing at the Walt Disney World Resort (particularly due to the delicious food!).

Our Favorite Disney World Resorts to Visit

Our Favorite Disney World Resorts to Visit

It’s not a secret that there’s a TON of things to do at the Walt Disney World Resort beyond the theme parks. Shopping, golfing, parasailing, there are activities for all to enjoy! One of our favorite things to do is to visit the resorts around Walt Disney World – usually on our way to a […]

Epcot’s Fountain of Nations: Aquatic Entertainment for All!

Epcot’s Fountain of Nations: Aquatic Entertainment for All!

I’m sure you’ve passed the Fountain of Nations in Epcot plenty of times, but do you know the history behind its name? Or that, like many aspects of the Walt Disney World Resort, there’s much more to see than a simple fountain? On Epcot’s opening day in 1982, an “International Ceremony of the Waters” took place at […]

Hidden Muppets in Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Hidden Muppets in Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Lots of people have heard of the Hidden Mickeys scattered throughout the parks and resorts of the Walt Disney World Resort. But do you know about the Hidden Muppets in Disney’s Hollywood Studios? It doesn’t take a sharp eye to spot the Muppet Vision 3D attraction, featuring everyone’s favorite diva out front. Finding Hidden Muppets Since Muppet […]

A Few of our Favorite Things

A Few of our Favorite Things

Things being Disney souvenirs, of course! It doesn’t take an eagle eye to notice that there is no lack of “whosits and whatsits” galore to purchase at the Walt Disney World Resort. And what Disney vacation is complete without some souvenirs to bring home and remind you of your awesome trip? Below are a few […]

We All Scream for Disney Ice Cream!!

We All Scream for Disney Ice Cream!!

What’s the best way to cool off during a hot day at the Walt Disney World Resort? (Excluding those blissfully lengthy rides with padded seats in air conditioning … here’s looking at you, Ellen’s Energy Adventure and the Carousel of Progress!) Ice cream, of course!!! There is no lack of frozen confection options around the […]

3 Great Disney Restaurants for Fireworks Viewing

3 Great Disney Restaurants for Fireworks Viewing

The Walt Disney World Resort has some great restaurants. Also, some great fireworks displays. In a few locations, you can combine the two for an awesomely unique dining experience. There are some restaurants where prime fireworks viewing is limited to those parties lucky enough to be seated in certain locations, and there are some restaurants […]

It’s a Cake! It’s a Cookie! A Favorite Disney Snack!

It’s a Cake! It’s a Cookie! A Favorite Disney Snack!

There is no lack of delicious treats to enjoy within the Walt Disney World Resort. Popcorn, and ice cream, and turkey legs, and Dole Whips, and cupcakes, and margaritas, and … OH MY. One of my most favorite Disney treats is the Carrot Cake Cookie, found in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This delightful cross between cake […]

The Hogwarts Express: More Than Just Transportation

The Hogwarts Express: More Than Just Transportation

(Alternate Title: Why my parents’ favorite ride throughout the Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Studios Orlando is a mode of transportation.) Some forms of transportation in theme parks are relatively standard (bus, tram). Some are a bit more unique (ferry, monorail). SOME ARE SUPER AWESOME (The Hogwarts Express). At Universal Studios Orlando, the Hogwarts […]

Hey, What’s That Survey Marker Thing?

Hey, What’s That Survey Marker Thing?

There is SO much to see and do throughout the Walt Disney World Resort, it feels like your senses are constantly in overdrive! Look up, smell this, taste that … we’re all a bit like Alice in Wonderland trying to experience EVERYTHING! Some details are bright and colorful, some are subtle scents in the air, […]

The Early Bird Gets the Disney Transportation!

The Early Bird Gets the Disney Transportation!

We all know that there are plenty of ways to navigate the Walt Disney World Resort using Disney Transportation, whether by bus, boat, or monorail. These transportation methods will take you from a resort to a park, from a resort to another resort, or from a park to another park. It is generally very easy […]

Welcome, Foolish Mortals … to the Haunted Mansion’s Interactive Queue!

Welcome, Foolish Mortals … to the Haunted Mansion’s Interactive Queue!

FastPasses can make your vacation experience exponentially more enjoyable, with the ability to breeze past lines of monumental volume with little to no wait. However, one downside to using a FastPass+ on certain rides is missing out on some awesome interactive queue experiences. One attraction in particular that features significantly more theming to the Guests waiting […]
