New Caribbean Carnaval at Universal Orlando
Looking for something new and unique to do on your next visit to the Universal Orlando Resort? The all new Caribbean Carnaval dinner show at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort is the place to be. Held at the outdoor Cayman Court Pavilion, guests will feel as though they are dining in the Caribbean.
Enjoy authentic food, songs and dances inspired by the islands of Bahamas, Cuba, Jamaica, Barbados and Trinidad. Feeling festive? Join the conga line or do the limbo at the Caribbean Carnaval at Universal Orlando.
Caribbean Carnaval Menu
The menu at the Caribbean Carnaval is an all-you-can-eat buffet featuring authentic island dishes such as mojo roasted suckling pig, rope vieja, jerk chicken, johnny cakes and more. After dinner enjoy Caribbean rum cake, guava flan, Mexican chocolate fudge cake, and other fabulous mini desserts.
Also included in the price of the meal are non-alcoholic beverages, wine, beer, and Planter’s Punch.
Suffer with food allergies? The menu features various options to suit nearly every dietary restriction. If you have a food allergy and/or special dietary requirement, you will have the opportunity to provide that information during the ticket checkout process.

Reservations for Caribbean Carnaval at Universal Orlando
Tickets and reservations are required. Guests can choose from the standard Carnaval Ticket or a Priority Ticket which guarantees seating in the first two rows of tables closest to the stage.
Carnaval Tickets are $69/adult and $35/children (ages 3-9). Children under 3 are free.
Priority Tickets are $76/adult and $40/children (ages 3-9). Children under 3 are free.

Important Details
Check-in for Caribbean Carnaval begins at 6:00 p.m. at the registration desk near Kingston Hall (located on the 1st floor of Loews Sapphire Falls Resort). Upon arrival guests will be seated and dinner will be served. The show begins at 7:00 p.m. and lasts approximately 45 minutes.
While there is not a dress code for this dinner, cool, comfortable attire is recommended to fully enjoy your evening exploring the Caribbean islands.
On-site guests of the Universal Orlando Resort can utilize the resort shuttles, water-taxis or walking paths to get to Loews Sapphire Falls Resort. Staying offsite or want to drive your own vehicle? Self-parking at the Sapphire Falls garage is complimentary and valet parking is $5 (plus tax) with a ticket obtained from your server.
