As Disney Springs continues to grow and transform, 2 existing restaurants  – Paradiso 37 and Planet Hollywood are getting major facelifts and expansions!   Paradiso 37 will getting more seating, more terrace dining space, and a new outdoor stage for performances!  It will keep the same great menu with things like ceviche, jalapeno burgers, and Argentinian skirt steak.  The restaurant will remain open during its expansion (which is expected to be complete in summer 2015). Planet Hollywood is going to become a 4-story observatory so you can enjoy stargazing!  Gone will be the globe feature, to be replaced by a turn-of-the-last-century observatory design.  There will also be a new outdoor terrace and bar.  Live music will be performed outside, while a DJ will perform inside the restaurant.  The menu will include old favorites, some new items, and a revamped beverage menu!  This will be complete Spring of 2016.
