One of the all time greatest Disney tips I have ever learned is to use a clear plastic over the door shoe holder to hold all of your many toiletries. If you are anything like me and you go on a Disney trip you are planning to be there for quite a few days. I myself try to stay for at least 5-7 days each visit. This typically means that I travel with my entire bathroom full of makeup, hair products, etc.
While Disney resorts are over the top in their amenities and make you feel right at home, they are still hotel rooms. The bathroom counter space is limited. Herein comes that clear shoe holder I mentioned previously. Throw it over the outside of the bathroom door so that it is facing the sink and mirrors. Instead of putting shoes in it (which of course there again, I could do), load it up with all of your toiletries. A family has plenty of room to put all of their shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairbrushes, hairspray, daily medication, and so on in the clear compartments. This takes everything off of the limited counter space (which Mousekeeping will appreciate), and keeps us organized and neat! One thing I demand with my type A personality is organization!
This tip was so useful I have kept the same shoe holder for the past 7 years and packed it up after every trip. The only other time I pulled it out was when my husband and I took a cruise. It was just as amazing then to. So all you Disney cruisers, this is an item for you as well!
