In light of the terror attacks in Paris last night, Disneyland Paris has made an executive decision to close its gates to all Guests in support of the community and victims of this horrific attack.
”In light of recent tragic events in France and in support of our community and victims of this horrendous attacks, Disneyland Paris has decided not to open its theme parks on Saturday 14th November. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of those affected by these horrible events” – Disneyland Paris
It has been advised that the park will be closed up until Tuesday 17th November 2015 as the country is currently under a state of emergency and there will be three days of mourning for the victims. If you are due to travel to the park during this time or have any questions regarding your booking, please call the free phone number 0800 169 0737 to speak to one of the local Disney experts who will be able to help you.
For those who are already in Disneyland Paris, the Cast has been asked to attend work today if it is safe to do so. There are reports saying that there are armed guards at some of the Disney hotels so do not be alarmed; they are there for your safety as all Guests are currently on lockdown in their hotels. There are magical events planned at the hotels to entertain those Guests.
From all of the team at Magical DIStractions we would like to offer our heartfelt condolences to all of those affected by the tragedies of last night’s events.
