The Disneyland 60th Diamond Celebration continues through Labor Day, but that doesn’t slow down the Disney Dream Makers! They are hard at work dreaming and expanding “the Happiest Place on Earth”! Along with all the dream making comes the closures and refurbishment of some attractions. If you are planning on visiting Disneyland Resort, you may want to pay close attentions to these refurbishments!
There are a few attractions opening up this week in Disneyland Park after a short refurbishment including Blue Bayou Restaurant, Pirates of the Caribbean and the Disneyland Monorail. Tarzan’s Treehouse has been on the refurbishment list for awhile and will be closing on Monday, May 16, 2016, for just short of a month.
Across the way in Disney’s California Adventure Park, Carthay Circle Restaurant and Lounge and 1901 Lounge opened on Friday, May 13, 2016 after closing on May 9, 2016. Grizzly River Run will be up and running to cool Guests off on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 after multiple closures. Lastly, there is now an end date for the Silly Symphony Swings refurbishment! It will reopen on June 9, 2016 after closing last month.
