The Disney Parks Blog has reported that a Disney & Pixar Short Film Festival is coming to Epcot in December. The venue will be the Magic Eye Theater in the Imagination Pavilion. This is bad news for Captain EO fans, as that film will show for the last time on December 6 to make way for the new film festival.
For those who are not Captain EO fans, you’ll be happy to learn that the Disney & Pixar Short Film Festival will feature three Disney and Pixar animated shorts in a “new 4D experience.” Reportedly, the shorts will burst onto the big screen (and into the theater) “like never before.”
