Disney Food Blog has announced some exciting things happening at Flying Fish Café during Epcot’s International Food and Wine Festival.
Kicking off this portion of the event is Chef’s Tim’s Interactive Saturday Afternoon Supper on September 26, 2015 at noon. This meal will feature local Florida produce and special invited growers, producers, and providers. Flying Fish Mixologist, Craig Mills with be whipping up some cocktails featuring Winter Park Distilling Company Spirits.
- October 1, 2015 at 6:00 pm – Owner and Vintner, Alex Guarachi of Guarachi Winery will showcase a beautiful selection of wines.
- October 8, 2015, Matt Deller will be showing Kim Crawford Wines and celebrating the grape growing regions of New Zealand!
- Kate Hoff will be on hand October 15, 2015 for a Sparkling Evening of Moet & Chandon featuring Moet & Hennesy/ Moet & Chandon.
- If you want to try Chardonnay and Merlot from around the world, join John Blazon, Master Sommelier for the Spire Collection on October 22, 2015 at 6:00 pm
- Vias Imports Ltd., NY with Pierluigi Gaeta, Marketing Director will share the Flavor Gems of Italy October 29, 2015 at 6:00 pm.
- November 5, 2015 at 6:00 pm Randy Ford and Cameron Scott of King Estate Winery in Eugene, OR will show the northwestern flavors of Oregon Wines.
- Master Sommelier, Eric Hemer, will give a Gastronomical Tour de France featuring Southern Wine and Spirits, selections from all across France’s best wine regions. This is happening November 12, 2015 at 6:00 pm.
- Finishing up these amazing events is Chef Tim’s Interactive Saturday Afternoon Supper. This will be a celebration of different cooking styles from across the United States. Flying Fish Sommeliers, Stig Jacobsen and Craig Mills with pair wine selections from some of the United States best wineries. This will happen November 14, 2015 at noon.
