Are you looking for tips on the best place to view Wishes? Or maybe you’re craving a churro and need to find the nearest vendor. You’re in luck! As of August 24th, Guests can tweet their questions to the @WDWToday Twitter account during regular park hours and receive a response. In addition to answering questions, @WDWToday also provides tips and suggestions on all things Walt Disney World.
While I love my smartphone and having the ability to access and adjust my travel plans via the MyDisneyExperience app, I’d much prefer to interact with a Cast Member and ask my question “in person.” One of the most amazing aspects of a Walt Disney World vacation, and what separates it from competitors, is the Cast Members. In my mind, there’s just no substitute. Hopefully the customer service Guests receive using this new service will be just as high as if interacting with a Cast Member in the park.
