Although Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar has only been open at Disney Springs since May 2015, it has quickly become a Guest favourite. It is now receiving industry accolades after receiving a VIBE award for its refreshing and original creations! The award was given for its remarkable menu program. (VIBE is the leading beverage industry forum that showcases national trends, insights and opportunities.)

The concept for Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar has always been to focus on a “finger food” oriented menu including “Rolling Boulder Sliders” and creative and refreshing beverages that are inspired by Indiana Jones’ pilot’s travels in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and of course Disney Springs.  For example: “The Scottish Professor” cocktail is inspired from his European adventures, using Scotch Whisky and Hendrick’s Gin, which is produced in Scotland.

Brian Koziol, Concept and Development Director of Food and Beverage for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts says that “the attention to detail is what sets this beverage menu apart and creates a competitive differentiation from other beverage menus.”

Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar features eight signature cocktails, four signature non-alcoholic drinks, a beer list which includes local craft beer options, and a wine list that will impress even the most discerning wine connoisseur. The menu features wines and spirits that are both locally sourced as well as selections from around the globe. Premium scotch and beer flights are also found on the menu.  Cocktail and wine glass prices range from $9-$22, something to fit every taste and budget.
