Disney Parks Blog gave a sneak peek at the merchandise that is coming to the parks later this year, and it has the internet buzzing!
The most talked about has to be the newest addition to the world of MagicSliders. Disney is always listening to guests, and they have arrived at the perfect solution. Finally, no more digging out your phone or having to wear a watch in addition to your MagicBand. The newest addition to MagicSliders in the form of a little watch face you can slide on your MagicBand! Hooray!

The MagicSlider watches are water-resistant but not waterproof so care will need to be taken when you are riding any water-based rides or swimming in your resort pool.
DIStracted Tip: The new MagicSliders can be found in the Magic Kingdom at Big Top Souvenirs, The Dark Room at Hollywood Studios and other locations throughout the parks. They are currently retailing at $17.95 each.
Next up are some T-shirts that are sure to make your hair stand on end! Dave Keefer, artist for the Disney Design Group, has outdone himself with the designs for the newest villain themed shirts. Starring Hades from Disney’s Hercules and Chernabog from Disney’s Fantasia the new shirts are great for any classic villain fan.
Do you have Disney’s Beauty and the Beast candlestick, Lumiere sitting on your table just waiting for his best friend, Cogsworth? Well, this coming September Cogsworth will be making his grand appearance at a Disney Park near you. What makes this even better? Cogsworth will be a real working clock!
This holiday season Disney Parks will be releasing ornaments with Mickey and Minnie Mouse wearing outfits representing the different Disney Theme Parks. Mickey and Minnie Mouse will be outfitted in their classic attire for the Disneyland Resort ornament and in 1980’s spacesuits for the ornament celebrating Epcot. These wonderful holiday ornaments are a must have for any Disney collector!
