As of today (August 6, 2015) reservations for Minnie’s Holiday Dine are open for dates starting November 7, 2015 through January 3, 2016. Right now online bookings are only open for the Fantasmic! Dinner Package, but guests are reporting that they are able to book non Fantasmic! Dinner Packages by calling Disney Dining (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463.
