Disney Cruise Line has made modifications to the smoking areas on two of their cruise ships. The changes, which took effect on January 12, 2016, were made for the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder only and there is no word on whether or not changes will be made to their two other ships.
According to Disney Cruise Line Blog, the revised upper deck smoking areas are as follows:
- The smoking area on Deck 9 has relocated to Deck 9, forward, port side (previously Deck 9, forward, starboard)
- Smoking is no longer permitted on Deck 10, starboard side, forward.
- Smoking is still allowed on Deck 4, outdoors, starboard side from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
If you plan on cruising on one of these magnificent ships and are in need of a designated smoking area, please make note of these changes.
