Downtown Disney is currently getting an overhaul and will be transformed into Disney Springs. Along with this transformation will be some new restaurants. I am so excited about the 2 that have just been announced!

The first is called Morimoto Asia. Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto will open this one of a kind dining experience. It will serve Pan Asian cuisine from across the continent and will have exhibition kitchens that will feature meat carvings and dim sum! I don’t know about you but I love watching professional chefs cook! You never know what you will learn when you are watching them.  This will be a 2 story restaurant that has waterfront seating, terraces, and a cocktail lounge. The restaurant is set to open Summer 2015.

 The second restaurant will be the Boathouse, this is waterfront dining that will have live music,  guided tours of the 40ft water taxi with champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries and Amphicar rides that launch from land, enter the water, and will take you on a 20 minute tour of spots around Disney Springs .  Featured food for this restaurant is steaks, chops, and a raw bar! This is set to open Spring 2015.
