New Details – Star Wars Land

Did you watch the “Wonderful World of Disney: Disneyland 60” on Sunday, February 21, 2016? If so, then you saw the exciting details released about the highly anticipated Star Wars Land! If you were unable to watch check this out!

Working with Lucas Films, Disney Imagineers are making sure even the tiniest details of the films are brought to life.

Star Wars Land expansions at Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort will be the largest expansions at either park.  Each expansion is set to be 14 acres, which is bigger than Disney California Adventure’s Cars Land!

The fully immersive Star Wars Land will transport Guests into the fight between the Light and Dark Sides. Guests will pilot the infamous Millennium Falcon. While steering the fastest ship in the galaxy, Guests will be able to fire laser cannons controlling their whole experience.
