Levy Restaurants has announced that not only are they refurbishing the interior and exterior of Fulton’s Crab House, but that the popular restaurant will be getting a new name. The large paddle boat restaurant , a prominent landmark at Disney Springs, will reopen with a new name, Paddlefish.
In a statement released Monday, Levy Restaurants said the restaurant has been closed as it “undergoes a revitalizing bow to stern transformation that will exude an opulent and inviting atmosphere for guests.” (Orlando Sentinel)
Paddlefish will also serve up a new menu with items such as Maine lobster and lobster risotto. Guests who loved Fulton’s Crab House will be happy to know that they will be keeping some of the top menu choices including the wide variety of crab like Alaskan King and Queen crab and the very popular lobster corn dogs.
Paddlefish will open this fall!
