Pinocchio Village Haus is where real boys and girls can step inside their favorite movie! This quaint cottage is actually a counter/quick service eatery. Located inside Fantasyland in the Magic Kingdom, Pinocchio Village Haus is the perfect place to tame your Monstro-sized hunger.
Pinocchio Village Haus Decor
The inside of Pinocchio Village Haus is designed to look like a charming Italian Village. Guests will quickly notice the references to the movie Pinocchio and, will even see some of the characters in the decor! Want to watch other Guests board Its A Small World? There are several tables located near huge windows overlooking the classic attraction.
Seating
Guests seating is ample! You’ll find seating both inside and outside. If you are visiting during the cooler, more pleasant months, you can sit outside and watch the carrousel or gaze upon Cinderella Castle. During the warmer months, you’ll enjoy the glorious air conditioning inside.
My Food Review
During our two week trip this past May/June, we ate at Pinocchio Village Haus two times. My husband and I ordered the Tomato Basil Soup and at $3.49 it was a great deal! The soup was thick and rich and, as you can see from the picture, had pieces of tomato and basil. We shared a Caesar Side Salad and an order of breadsticks with marinara sauce. The salad was only $3.39 and the breadsticks were just $4.99. Very, very easy on the food budget.
My son, a pizza lover, ordered the pepperoni flatbread and was very pleased. The sauce and cheese ratio was just right and the pepperoni was not too terribly greasy.
The other person in our party is a bit of a picky eater. So, she decided to go with a favorite park offering, chicken breast nuggets. The breading was not too thick and with the right amount of crunch. The chicken was tender and moist.
Other items offered on the menu are, among other items, the Caprese Flatbread and the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich. Kids have many choices as well such as the Smucker’s Uncrustables and Macaroni and Cheese. And one can’t forget dessert! Gelato in two flavors is on the menu as is yogurt and chocolate cake!
Final thoughts
From my statement that we ate at Pinocchio Village Haus twice, you’ve probably already guessed that it gets a thumbs up from the McBride family. Over our years of traveling to Walt Disney World, we’ve seen a transition in the menus. I believe that Disney has recognized the fact that their Guests want more than hot dogs and burgers. Sometimes, I want to sit down to a nice cup of soup or a refreshing salad. And, at Pinocchio Village Haus, I was able to get both. Even though there are many quick service restaurants in the Magic Kingdom, Pinocchio Village Haus is one that we’ll definitely be returning to time and again.
