Are you one of the lucky Guests, ringing in the New Year at Walt Disney World Resort?  If the answer is yes, there is no shortage of celebrations to welcome 2016.

Magic Kingdom Park

Guests heading to Magic Kingdom Park can celebrate on both Wednesday the 30th and Thursday the 31st with a special fireworks display, Fantasy in the Sky. The fireworks are scheduled for 11:50.  Pair that with the New Year’s Eve fireworks dessert party at Tomorrowland Terrace and you are in for a wonderful evening! The dessert party will be held twice each night and reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance by calling 407-WDW-DINE. 

Epcot

At Epcot Guests can dance the night away with DJs and live music around World Showcase.  Plus there will be two showings of “IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth” fireworks spectacular at 6 p.m. and 11:40 p.m. After IllumiNations, a countdown and pyrotechnic salute to the New Year will follow.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Not to be outdone, a spectacular fireworks show will be presented on Dec. 31 near the Hyperion Theater at midnight at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Grab your favorite people and head on over for a magnificent display.
