Rock Your Disney Side 2014 – Photographer Matt Stroshane

The 24 hour Rock Your Disney Side extravaganza kicked off at 5:30 a.m. EST this morning at the Magic Kingdom. Guests were lined up in costumes representing the Heroes and Villains theme to celebrate this year’s  bi-coastal event.  Those attending the event in Walt Disney World will have an extra special treat as the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train will be having its “soft opening” today. The same celebration will begin in Disneyland Park and Disney’s California Adventure Park at 6:00 a.m. PST.  The event features a number of events showcasing the good-vs.-evil of classic Disney stories including character meet-and-greets throughout the parks, special entertainment, event merchandise, and food and beverage offerings. The celebrations will continue through 6:00 a.m. EST Saturday, May 24th.
