If you are a Disney Vacation Club (DVC) member and sailing on Disney Cruise Line this year, you may be eligible for a new member discount. Beginning in mid-May and continuing through the end of the year, there will be special discounts for DVC members at select locations onboard the four Disney ships.

The discounts include:

• Photo: Enjoy a 10% discount off the non-discounted price of any digital photo package.
• Merchandise: Take advantage of a 10% discount on select merchandise purchases of $50 or more.
• Recreation: Relax with a 20% discount off the non-discounted price of any massage or facial treatment during port days.

The discounts will begin on the following dates:

• Disney Dream: May 13, 2016
• Disney Fantasy: May 14, 2016
• Disney Magic and Disney Wonder: May 15, 2016

You must present your DVC membership card for these discounts.  Effective April 4, 2016, Members who did not purchase an ownership interest directly from Disney Vacation Development Inc. will not have access to this perk.

As a DVC member who is sailing next year, I’m hoping that this discount will continue.  However, it is currently scheduled through the end of this calendar year as part of DVC‘s 25th anniversary celebration.
