In the center of Disney’s Boardwalk area, Flying Fish Cafe is a signature-dining restaurant that is beloved by all! Fresh seafood and great steaks make this a restaurant that appeals to many people. Flying Fish has an energetic feel – perhaps because of its “onstage” kitchen and interesting decor. The mouthwatering seafood, wondrous décor and lively spirit evoke a festive and bustling Atlantic boardwalk.
Diners can see the onstage kitchen, where chefs use fresh ingredients to create such succulent specialties as potato-wrapped red snapper, crispy crab cakes and char-crusted strip steak. Be sure to save room for such desserts as the caramelized banana napoleon and seasonal, house-made sorbets!
