With the excitement of the new Star Wars Land coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and with Guests loving Hyperspace Mountain at Disneyland, Disney executives have announced that they will be reworking Tomorrowland at both Disneyland and Magic Kingdom to add the beloved movie series into the Parks faster.

“Guests have complained that waiting for the new Star Wars Land is just not acceptable. We want to keep our Star Wars Fans happy – and Tomorrowland is the BEST place in both parks to get this done immediately. The closures will be short and the new overlays will be filled with Star Wars characters and themes.”  – U.W.B. Ecrof, director of Disney’s dark side integration

Imagineers have been working tirelessly creating new themes for the antique rides in Tomorrowland. These pictures are being released to showcase the updates coming to the extremely dated “Carousel of Progress” – soon to be the “Carousel of Episodes!” “Carousel of Progress” has been in need of an overhaul for years now, so I just know that this change will be completely welcomed!

In other news gathered from this early morning press conference, Ecrof hinted that the Marvel Headquarters rumored for so long may indeed be coming to Epcot. “I suspect that once we complete the work on the Frozen makeover in Norway, we can begin the new layout in the American Adventure Pavilion.”
