Steakhouse 55 at the Disneyland Hotel has a new opening time of 5:00 p.m. and is featuring some delicious new dinner menu items including starters, a new entree, and a new dessert.
The new starters include Short-Rib Shepherd’s Pie with root vegetables, sweet potato, and a mushroom ragout; Fried Mushroom Ravioli with grilled Portobello mushroom, tomato concasse, and a slow-poached egg; and Sea and Land Tartare featuring spiced ahi tuna, charred filet mignon, truffle aioli, and a rye crouton.
The new entree is a mouth-watering maple-glazed Korabuta pork chop, and the new dessert is pumpkin cheesecake.
