The Land Pavilion in Epcot hosts one of the best attractions at Walt Disney World – Soarin’. Did you know that it is also home to one of the BEST quick-service options on Disney property!? Sunshine Seasons is a food court style dining location that offers many different choices – perfect for a group with different tastes!
Other than having a great variety of food, Sunshine Seasons also serves some of the freshest ingredients at Walt Disney World! Did you ride the attraction Living with the Land? Or take the Behind the Seeds Tour? Well that greenhouse you see growing all kinds of delicious goodies shares its harvests with many restaurants, including Sunshine Seasons! Now THAT is FRESH!
I make sure to visit Sunshine Seasons at least once every trip. Last time I visited (July 2015), they even allowed us to use the seating in the rotating Garden Grill Restaurant. However, with Garden Grill now serving breakfast and lunch, I assume this is no longer possible, which is too bad because the one downside to the Sunshine Seasons is that it is so good that it is sometimes hard to find seating!
DIStracted Tip: To avoid the seating rush, try to eat an early, or a late lunch or dinner here. If you schedule your Fast Pass+ for Soarin’ around the time you plan to dine here you will save some time and walking!
If you are on the Disney Dining Plan, this is a great quick-service location, with lots of fresh veggies and (what I consider) the best strawberry shortcake ever! They also have a grab & go section. Hours of operation vary, but typically go with the hours of Future World, which are often 9AM-9PM.
Bon Appetit!
