Nestled in the backlot of Disney’s Hollywood Studios is Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano, a casual but colorful Italian eatery with a California twist.  The decor is as bold as Mama Melrose herself.  Checked curtains, overhead string lights, hanging foodstuffs, and walls crowded with eclectic mementos transform this former backlot warehouse into an inviting dining space.

For appetizers, Mama offers such delights as crispy calamari or a zesty caprese salad. Continue your meal with delicious flatbread pizzas, a host of authentic pastas or charred strip steak with four- cheese baked macaroni.  One can’t forget dessert!  Enjoy Mama’s tiramisu or Ghirardelli chocolate and cherry tort.  Delizioso!

Guests 21 and older can make selections from wine or Italian-American-inspired cocktails like the Bellini and the Italian surfer.
