Guests staying at or visiting the Walt Disney World Swan Resort, will delight in traditional Italian cooking in the lively trattoria, Il Mulino. Start your meal with traditional antipasti like the complimentary sausage with roasted eggplant or the lightly fried rice balls with spicy marinara sauce. The main course menu options are abundant and Guests can choose from handmade pizza, grilled steak, breaded chicken, mushroom or seafood risotto, or hearty pastas.  For those wanting to end their meal with a decadent dessert, you’ll be happy to hear that the menu includes gelato, cheesecake and flourless chocolate cake.
