Located in the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort, Todd English’s bluezoo is where Guests will delight in international coastal cuisine! This underwater themed restaurant serves succulent raw or cooked seafood, tender chicken as well as beef and pork dishes. Created by internationally acclaimed chef Todd English, the menu changes frequently to reflect fresh and seasonal market selections. Guests may have the opportunity to feast on global coastal flavored dishes like Maine lobster tossed in a Cantonese-style soy glaze and barbeque-rubbed swordfish atop risotto. For dessert you may choose from decadent desserts like molten chocolate cake with chocolate cream pudding and mai tai banana cream tart with flambéed fruit sorbet.
For those 21 and older, enjoy vintages from the impressive wine list or choose such signature cocktails as the Maytag Martini with blue cheese-stuffed olives and the chilled Bellini with Prosecco sparkling wine and white peach purée.
